Due to the nature of our business, once you
download your design files, they are no longer refundable. If you are having
difficulties with the files, log back into our website and re-download the
files again just in case the prior one was corrupt.
Make sure that you choose the
correct format when ordering or else you will have to purchase the design
again, in the correct format.
We do not refund monies for CD's either, however we will replace defective CD's. Simply mail the CD to us to check and we'll replace and return if corrupt.

- How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
If you purchase $100.00 or more in products you qualify for free shipping. We only ship tangible goods and do not place downloadable items on CD. Tangible means anything that has physical properties and can be touched example CD's and Books. If you opt for the free shipping please note that we will choose the least expensive route to get it to you and this may prolong you receiving your order. So, if you opt to go ahead and pay for faster service, you can still do so at time of checkout.

US Checks, US Money Orders, Credit Cards & PayPal. For those of you who do not like to use PayPal, we have our very own payment processor and we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We can also take phone in orders too if you're not comfortable using the internet for your transactions.

This depends on your full knowledge of paper-piecing. If you know how to read a numbered chart and you are familiar with the stitching and flipping aspect, then you can probably just begin with the block designs themselves. If you find that you need more assistance, then I suggest you purchase my Piece in the Hoop™ Tutorial.

- Can I make quilt blocks using your designs and sell items at craft shows etc.?
Yes, HOWEVER, mass production for profit is NOT allowed. A maximum of 30 items of each design is allowed to sell. If you are making for gifts or where NO profit is to be made, then there is no limit but do tell'em where you got your design(s) from.

The only designs we send on CD are those in the AVAILABLE ON CD section of our website. We do not place singles on CD's.

First off, if your used a check via PayPal, you'll have to wait until they lift the holding limit. Once the time limit is over, PayPal will automatically send a note back to my cart telling it that you can now download the items you purchased. We do our very best to update ASAP. Please note that I teach and may be away from my computer, but I will get you your designs first available chance I get. Also, there have been times during hurricane season that we have to evacuate immediately.
